Job Description
Sensori Safety is seeking a skilled HSE Data Analyst to join our innovative team. In this role, you will analyze and interpret safety data, providing actionable insights to enhance workplace safety and operational efficiency. If you have a passion for data-driven decision-making and a commitment to safety excellence, we want you on our team.

You are coachable, a quick leaner, and can easily adapt. You have the drive to perform and excel. You're a skilled communicator, both verbal and written, with the ability to make good judgments calls.
Position Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret safety data from various sources
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track safety performance metrics
- Identify trends and patterns in safety data to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven safety strategies
- Provide recommendations for improving safety processes and reducing risks
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Occupational Safety, or a related field
- Experience in data analysis, preferably in a safety, health, or environmental context
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) data analysis
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001)
- Experience with statistical software (e.g., R, Python)
- Certifications in safety or data analysis (e.g., Certified Safety Professional, Six Sigma)
